Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laborer to join our dynamic team. This position will focus heavily on residential construction and remodeling. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in exterior and interior construction, demonstrating the ability to work independently and efficiently without supervision. In this role, you will not only execute tasks with precision but also supervise and direct general laborers as needed on the job site.

Responsibilities:

• Execute construction tasks with precision and attention to detail.
• Supervise and direct general laborers, providing guidance and support.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver exceptional results.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and team members.

Requirements:

• Verifiable work history and references in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in both interior and exterior construction techniques.
• Class C driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Flexibility to work standard hours with the option for overtime as needed.

Compensation:

The pay rate for this position is competitive and based on experience, ranging from $23 to $32 per hour. Compensation details will be discussed further during the interview process.
